3. Design Process:
Customers need to upload a clear photo. For specific photo requirements, please visit the photo requirements page. The design time is 3-5 working days. Once the design is complete, we will send the design image to the customer for confirmation. After approval, we need 2-3 working days for carving and polishing before shipping.
4. Privacy Protection:
All private photos uploaded by customers will not be posted on any online platform without permission.
5. Finished Product Sharing and Discounts:
In the jade customization options, there may be a "share finished product" option. This means that if you allow us to share images of your customized jade product on our website, Facebook, and Instagram pages for promotional purposes, you will enjoy a certain discount. This option does not give us the right to upload your private photos.
6. Packaging:
Each pendant comes with an adjustable cord. We also provide jewelry boxes and gift bags for customers.
