Based on the customer's provided name or text, we will engrave raised text on one side of a rectangular jade piece. The top left and right sides of the jade have a through hole, allowing a necklace to be threaded through for easy wear. Customers can customize the jade text necklace according to their preferences. Although this product is common among many gold and silver jewelry pieces, jade customization is more challenging, especially with raised text engravings, which take longer and are more difficult to achieve. This necklace is an ideal gift for friends, family, and loved ones.

3. Design Process:
Customers need to upload a clear photo. For specific photo requirements, please visit the photo requirements page. The design time is 3-5 working days. Once the design is complete, we will send the design image to the customer for confirmation. After approval, we need 2-3 working days for carving and polishing before shipping.
4. Privacy Protection:
All private photos uploaded by customers will not be posted on any online platform without permission.
5. Finished Product Sharing and Discounts:
In the jade customization options, there may be a "share finished product" option. This means that if you allow us to share images of your customized jade product on our website, Facebook, and Instagram pages for promotional purposes, you will enjoy a certain discount. This option does not give us the right to upload your private photos.
6. Packaging:
Each pendant comes with an adjustable cord. We also provide jewelry boxes and gift bags for customers.
